Meet our Pastor

Rev. Dr. Karen Bray

Rev. Dr. Karen Bray has been serving in ministry since 2001 and is an ordained elder in the United Methodist Church. She holds a degree in Liberal Studies with a Psychology minor from the University of Indianapolis, as well as both a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry from Asbury Theological Seminary. Her doctoral work focused on preaching and leadership, with research centered on contemplative prayer and meditation as pathways to spiritual growth.

Karen has been married to her husband Mike for over 44 years. They have three grown daughters and are joyfully surrounded by ten grandchildren. Their dog, Wesley, is a beloved part of the family. In her spare time, Karen enjoys crocheting, painting watercolors, and quilting. She brings a compassionate spirit and a deep desire to help others experience the transforming love and presence of Christ through community, prayer, and purposeful living.
